Cabinet Marois (Maître Riadh Gafsi, Lawyer at the Paris Bar, 43 Rue Le Marois — 75016 Paris) is the data controller for personal data collected on this site. We collect the following data: • Contact form / appointment: title, name, first name, email, phone, subject and message content, dated consent. • Online consultation booking: above data + payment information (processed directly by Revolut — we do not store your bank details). • Browsing data: no tracking or analytics cookies are placed.
Processing purposes
Your data is processed to: • Respond to your contact requests; • Manage your consultation bookings and associated payments; • Comply with our legal obligations (billing data retention).
Retention period
• Contact data (prospects): 3 years from last contact. • Client data (files, billing): 5 years from case closure, in accordance with legal obligations. • Payment data: retained by Revolut under their own terms.
Sub-processors
Your data may be transferred to the following sub-processors solely to provide the service: • Supabase Inc. (database hosting) — USA, standard contractual clauses • Vercel Inc. (website hosting) — USA, standard contractual clauses • Revolut Bank UAB (online payment) — Lithuania (European Union) • Resend Inc. (transactional email) — USA, standard contractual clauses
